Amy and Brian ~ Blueberry Villa

So... I'm back. :) And it's full speed ahead. I had a wonderful vacation with my family and I'll post pics on that soon.

Last Saturday I had the pleasure of photographing a fantastic wedding. I wanted to post a few of those and then it's off to another wedding. Amy, if you are back from your honeymoon...I hope you love these!

This is my first vacation with the family in 5 years! I'm so excited and I am in need of a break. I'll blog some from the beach. :)

Deanna and Cameron ~ Richmond Hill Inn

Lots of rain on June 14th... but, we had a great time! I'm so glad everything worked out for Deanna and Cameron's big day. We had a beautiful setting in the gardens at Richmond Hill Inn. It would have been a shame to come inside. :) Thanks for making me feel like family! Love you guys.

Caroline - part 2

Katie and Caroline came in to the studio today to make up for our not so complete session on Wednesday. Wow, I just love her expressions!

New baby ~ Olivia

I've been home with a sick little boy for a few days and I haven't been able to post like usual. I escaped to my office for a little tonight and started to edit my atlanta sessions from last week. This little newborn was perfect in every way...

Career Day at my office. :)

I had a great time today with the Career Camp! Several kids came to my office to learn about me... how fun! I'm not the best teacher, but I hope they had a good time. I took a picture of "Abby" and showed the kids step-by-step what I do. :) I'm posting an after of Abby and a pic of me and the class. Thanks for coming! I had a great time and it was a welcome break.

So, I'm finally posting Asheley's wedding from June 7th!
What a day! It poured rain for almost two solid hours. I've never seen a bride so relaxed about the rain. What a blessing the weather was... I had beautiful light.

I wanted to post a few sneak peek pictures for Liz and Chris. What a beautiful day we had in downtown Charleston, SC! This family is so warm and welcoming. I loved every minute of the day. :) I was also happy to share shooting with my husband, Marc. Who knew we could work together so well? ;)I was hoping to post these on my new blog, but it's not ready yet.... Here you go!

I wish I could have posted these sneak pictures earlier. I had a great time at this wedding in Ohio. I know the Ramsey family very well and what a pleasure it was to get to know the McCoy family! Thanks for having me to your little town! Hope you like your glimpse.

a sad time for my family

An update: My father-in-law passed away yesterday at 1:30pm. We were all with him at his bedside and it was very peaceful. Thank you for your prayers.

I am saddened to write this post. I have been unable to work or respond to e-mails for the past few days. My father-in-law has been fighting a long and hard battle and it seems he won't be with us much longer. I've been at the hospital with my husband keeping vigil at John's bedside. Please say a prayer for my family. I ask for your patience as I forsee a delay in my phone/e-mails over the next week. God bless.
